Rick Feinberg: "One, it has a fire alarm system for the early notification to the residents and two, it has a sprinkler system which actually suppressed the fire. But aside from the problems here, Feinberg says there were two major things that went right. We'll have to look at that procedure and see if there's something we can to help trigger that second year inspection."Feinberg says a more recent inspection would have caught potential problems with deadbolts on doors.
